Amazing food . Tuscany chicken with fresh pasta just the right amount of spice, creamy with sundried tomatoes to die for. Also had mussels fried diavolo. The broth was amazing. Tres leches and a 10 year old port perfect finish .

I surprised my husband for his birthday with an overnight in Bloomsburg just so we could finally experience dinner at La Malbec. We had seen it on “Home & Backyard” quite awhile ago and had always wanted to get there. Last night did not disappoint....wow...what a wonderful restaurant! The decor in the bar area was exquisite, the dining room was elegant with soft lighting and music to dine by. Our table for 2 was perfectly selected by Diane, who is a manager that I spoke to about my reservation and who was extremely cordial and made us feel welcome. Andrea was our server who we found to be quite professional, polite and attentive to any of our needs. Finally, and as important as everything else, from our 2 appetizers to our 2 entrees, the food was outstanding. I normally get seafood linguine wherever I go and this may be the BEST I ever had....my husband had the seafood risotto (homemade risotto!) and he loved his as well. Being an award winning home winemaker, he gave his glasses of Malbec and Cabernet 2 thumbs up for their quality. Overall, this was a 5 star experience and a perfect dining remembrance!

I took a friend here for brunch as a birthday gift. The service was great, Andrea made sure we had all we needed. We had the beef stroganoff crepe and the strawberry crepe and both were phenomenal. The atmosphere is comfortable and refined. I would recommend trying their brunch menu to everyone. They have a great selection that I’m sure everyone would find something they enjoy. Next I would love to try their dinner menu!!!

A wonderful dining experience that for a moment took us away from our small town and transported us into the city. (at least it felt that way) I had the bone in pork chop, while my wife had an eggplant dish. Both were beautifully delicious. Meaning I was served a beautiful piece of art that tasted wonderful. Absolutely loved the mango salsa! Staff was incredibly attentive & friendly from our waitress and bartender to the manager who came by on several occasions to check on us. Additionally they were spot on with suggestions, cocktails were delicious, creative, and with plenty of presentation. The tres leches dessert was wonderful and more importantly authentic. Atmosphere was chic and upscale. Perfect for a romantic evening, a date night, or a get together of adult friends. Lastly, in an area that is often forgotten, the staff was quick to take away empty glasses and dishes. Extremely thoughtful, and needed, considering the size of our table for two. I couldn't recommend it more.

1st time here. Brunch was excellent from coffee to bloody Mary to the entree. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Hostess, bartender and our waitress Emily were top notch! We'll be going back again! Thank you all!

We were a table of 11 for a college graduation. So it was crazy busy. The waitress Lauren, was gracious and attended to all our needs. The food!! The small plates were shared by our table and the arancini was a highlight. Suggestions for the main course are the Seafood linguine and rack of lamb. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant was such a highlight on my weekend getaway to Bloomsburg. Came here in the fall. great atmosphere and ambience our waiter/bartender was incredible - told us all about this restaurant and the owner very romantic the food was amazing and so was my espresso martini -the French onion soup was delicious -loved the roasted lamb chops -the dessert was yummy - Overall highly recommend
